The purpose of the this application is to facilitate working time tracking enterprise resource planning and access control for companies by recording daily working hours of employees and allocating those working hours to cost centers, projects and tasks.
Types of information collected
This application solely collects personal data which is required for the purpose of this application.
In essence, such personal data includes the name of a user’s employer as well as personal data that is required for identifying a user, including a user’s name, email address, address, postal code and city, and telephone number as well as RFID or NFD tag identification.
In addition to the above, this application collects information on a user’s working time, including date, time, durance, and task or project to which such working time is related as well as working place entry and departure times based on the user’s in and out entries.
In addition to personal data and working time information, this application may collect usage data, which means information on how a user uses this application.
Further, details of a user’s interactions with customer service, such as the date, time and reason for contacting customer service, transcripts of any chat conversations, and if customer services is contacted by phone, phone number and call recording, is collected.
The collected information may be freely inserted by a user or collected automatically when this application is used.
Use of collected information
Personal data and working time information is used solely for the purpose of this application.
Usage data is used solely for further development and enhancement of this application and to improve our services offered to users.
We may further use collected information for provision of customer service.
Personal data and working time information of users is stored at the headquarter of a user’s employer or at another location designated by such employer. Usage data and customer service information is processed and stored at the headquarters of the owner or at another location designated by the owner.
Personal data is kept for the time necessary to perform the service requested by a user or its employer. Collected working time as well as access and departure time information will be kept for a term of twelve (12) months, unless a user’s employer’s policies require the information to be kept for a shorter or longer period of time.
Protection of collected information
The owner undertakes sufficient technological and organizational measures for protecting collected information.
For operation and maintenance purposes, this application and any third party services it uses may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interaction – including navigation. They may also contain personal data, such as IP addresses.
Disclosure to third parties
Personal data required for the purpose of this application and working time information will be disclosed and transferred to a user’s employer. Usage data and customer service information will not be disclosed to any third party.

More information on processing personal data may be requested from the owner at any time or from a user’s employer.
Rights of users
Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their data has been stored and can consult the owner or its employer to learn about the contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. Requests should be sent to the owner or an employer.
